Cooking Workshop


The Embassy of Denmark in Seoul marked the grand finale of its DELICIOUS DENMARK cooking event series on Oct. 31 with two workshops titled “D PASS Danish Cooking Workshop: Danish Recipes to Warm Your Heart.”
The workshop brought in 70 Korean guests who made 7 kinds of Danish open sandwiches and canapés with various combinations of Danish rye bread, white bread, boiled Greenlandic shrimp, Danish cheese, and Danish pork roast, which was paired with Danish apple cider by TEMPT.
The workshop was a unique collaboration between the embassy and Daelim Museum in relation to the museum’s current exhibition showcasing the work of Danish fashion designer Henrik Vibskov.
